Play and park grounds “Im Wäldchen” (in the woods)

For a long time, the playground located to the South of the Fasanenhof was in a deep slumber. Together with local children, landscape architect, Frau Wiedemann, developed plans for a children’s playground that would orient itself on various fairy tale motifs.
A real enchanted forest was to be created along with new playground equipment in abstracted forms inspired by the Brother Grimm’s fairy tale characters
It was decided to create a castle playhouse with a small climbing structure for \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"Sleeping Beauty\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\", as well as a Tower of Rapunzel with a slide down which the girls can let their hair “cascade”.
The sand-play area with gingerbread ornaments that take up the “Hansel and Gretel” story and a balancing course that takes up “Snow White” motifs can also be found in the little forest. The children’s fantasy can run wild here during play.
